A special morning full of impressions and gratitude: as part of Volkswagen's spare change campaign, our daycare center received a generous donation that will enable us to implement two great projects in our garden: a new barefoot trail for all little explorers and modern sun sails for the outdoor area will soon provide even more quality play and recreation time.
As part of the donation handover, we not only received financial support, but also exciting insights into the Volkswagen company and the commitment behind the Restcent campaign. The presentation on electric mobility was particularly interesting – visitors were given a child-friendly and clear explanation of how electric cars work and why they are so important for our future.
In addition, the morning provided an opportunity to exchange ideas and experiences with other institutions and to gain inspiration for further projects.
We would like to express our heartfelt thanks to Volkswagen – for their generous support, the successful morning, and the valuable opportunity to take a look behind the scenes. With this help, we can further develop our daycare center garden and create new exciting learning and experience spaces for the children.
