In order to support the children in the best possible way during this time and to prepare them for their new tasks, a close cooperation between our kindergarten Sunshine Kids and the International Primary School Crinitzberg is beneficial.

Taking into account their individual development, the children are given the opportunity to prepare for the transition to elementary school in their last year of kindergarten through various projects and targeted support and get to know their new living environment "school" step by step.

Cooperation goals

The children have started their individual educational biography in the daycare center. The school wants to build on this and build on the acquired skills and knowledge of each child.

The daycare center and the elementary school have an educational mission and want to provide the children with the best possible education. For this reason, they coordinate their pedagogical approach to shaping the transition.

The cooperation gives parents and children the opportunity to become familiar with the requirements of elementary school at an early stage.
