In each first parents' evening of the new kindergarten year, the parents' representatives of the respective groups are elected by the parents present. The parent representatives then meet and elect a chairperson and a deputy from among them. Meetings are held on a regular basis. The parents' council meets alone or invites the director of the daycare center or a representative of the educators to its meetings. The cooperation between the parent representatives and the educator team promotes mutual understanding. The members of the parents' council are known to the parents of the facility and are available to help them with inquiries and problems. If necessary, they mediate between parents, educators and the institution's sponsor, so that the children feel comfortable and secure with us. - Representative of the "Squirrels
